HEALTH GUARANTEE:
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES :
*provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as but limited to:
*Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
*follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming.
*Any and all shipping cost will be the responsibly of the buyer. Unless otherwise specified in (contract details).
SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The puppy will be up to date on shots and de-worming.
*We guarantee the health 3 months from the time of birth, for fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes and is limited to: kidney, heart, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If such problems are found and verified by a licensed veterinarian. The seller will replace the puppy. Note: A second opinion by the sellers veterinarian may be required. In the event of the death of the puppy, an autopsy will be required at the purchaser's expense, and copy of the report sent to the seller before replacement is made. In addtion a second veterinary opinion by the sellers veterinarian may be required.
*This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal in the bulldog breed: Cherry eye, entropion, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collaspsed nostrils). Some breeds are susceptive to Hypoglycemia, which is not a congenital defect and is excluded from this health guarantee.
*Seller makes no guarantee regarding for allegies, internal parasites, demodectic mange or dermatitis due to the fact that these ailments can be enviromentally induced.
*Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all medical payments after the time of exchange.
*If at any time during the life of the puppy/dog concerned in this contract, the purchaser, due to unforeseen circumstances, can not continue to keep the dog we (the seller) would be happy to accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him or her. No exchange of money is guaranteed. No replacement puppy is offered in this circumstance.
The seller neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied other than those written in the agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Seller and Buyer with the respect to this sale. The Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well-being and protection of this puppy. If the Buyer breaches any part of this Agreement the Seller is released from all obilgations under this agreement.
